Wood Destroying Insect Report
Wood Destroying Insect Reports are required if you are buying or selling a home. The charge is $130.00. If you are under a current active up-to-date termite renewal contract with us, the charge for this report is reduced to $115.00 as an existing current termite account.
Permatox will come do the inspection and deliver the Wood Destroying Insect Report to your closing attorney for your convenience. In most cases, the cost of the Wood Destroying Insect Report is taken care of in the closing costs. Keep in mind, most mortgage companies will only accept these reports up to 30 days after the inspection. This means it is wise to have a solid closing date before scheduling your inspection unless the mortgage company has instructed otherwise.
